3 Singing Birds shares inventory with our physical storefront, which can result in variances in inventory availability. If a product is unavailable we will notify you and offer options or a refund.

 

we are aware of the recent Canada Post strike, and are using alternative shipping methods to get your items to you safely and efficiently without additional delays... we will update guests with tracking info when their purchase ships... should you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to [email protected]

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Canada              regular - up to 7 business days - $18 flat rate

USA                   regular - from 8-12 business days - $30 flat rate

International    regular - from 2-6 weeks - $70 flat rate

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders will ship out within 1-3 days of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 72 hours to process.

Please note, we will not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered in time, 3 Singing Birds can not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather or service interruptions etc.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged when your order is placed You will be charged for the shipped item/s as well as the applicable shipping and tax rates.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This will included your tracking information.

How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided in the checkout. This will include a tracking number for your parcel. Please wait 24 hours before checking the tracking information.

 

Returns

What is 3 Singing Birds return policy?

Returns for change of mind must be unworn, unwashed and still have all tags attached. Proof of purchase is needed for all returns (receipt) and can be returned to the store in person or by mail. Returns need to be made 10 days from the shipment date and will be refunded to the original form of payment. The cost of shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer.

What are my return and exchange options?

For change of mind returns you have 10 days from the shipment date to return the product to the store in person or via post. If you would like to exchange you have 30 days with proof of purchase.

I lost my receipt - what do I do?

All online orders will receive an electronic receipt to the email address entered in the check out. Please attach a copy of this to the product you are returning. If you have lost your receipt you will need proof of purchase which you can find on the card you used for payment.
